Pathetic service and attitude!!!!
They refuse to give me my damage report. Almost a month I’ve been waiting.
My generator feed worked through my DB box. Since they replaced wires it doesn’t work anymore and they refuse to come fix it.
They NOT a member of the ECA despite saying on the phone they are!!!!!

For the hundredth time you don’t have to work on the generator you just have to return the wires you disconnected!!!!

She’s the same person who told me over the phone you guys are registered with the ECA. The ECA say they’ve never heard of you!!

I got exactly the same response from the Electrical Approval Inspection Authority. Happy to forward their email to you.
So I wonder whose facts are wrong????
