Over-priced & bad service
I contacted Flash & requested an electrician to see to one of my tenants on a Saturday. As their electricity kept tripping. He was very prompt & helpful initially.
He informed me that a new earth leakage switch needed to be installed which I okay'ed as my tenant needed their electricity situation to be rectified. He also informs me that the entire DB Board needed to be replaced costing an approx. 25K.
I requested a second opinion that very week as the electricity still kept tripping after the switch was replaced.
The new electrician informed me that the earth switch installed was too big for the board & solved their issue within an hour. Flash charged me R 8000.00 for this service, & not only did he want more money for issues that were none existent. The switch he installed did not work.
The company also did not get back to me regarding my complaint.
Would not recommend...
