Never use them no matter what

I would never use them again. Sent an electrician at night who told me Eskom had caused my issue, were Eskom had spiked my phases causing a certain phase so all my lights in that phase to be blown and told me I was in danger as this could cause my house to burn down. Couldn’t fix but made me pay about him lying about my electrical problem, how was I to know he was lying as I beleived him. A friend of mine from BKL Electrical arrived as they were leaving. Walked into my house and fixed the problem within 5 minutes. I sent them proof of this immediately and they would not refund using ******* excuses. There electrician blatantly **** so he could charge for work he didn’t know how to fix or he probably wasn’t even an electrician just sent by them to charge a fee !!! Based on this, I find it extremely hard to believe there good reviews.

As per your urgent request for an electricians assistance, one was dispatched immediately to provide assistance for your No Supply call during a party held at your residence. It was also stated by your wife that you had fiddled with the lights before the lights had gone down.

Our technician with several years of good  service history in Eskom went to assist. And he proceeded with the following:
Tested plugs down strairs for supply and found in order.
Opened main Db in the house. No circuit breakers found tripped.
Tested all circuits for supply in Db. Phase to neutral.

With all circuit's tested and found supply to all circuit's  feeding out and knowing that led downlights are sensitive to high voltage and voltage spikes the conclusion drawn was that the down lights must have been damaged due to the high voltages at the time.
