I can't believe that companies like these still exists. ****************

I am very disappointed at the service that was provided by this company. The secretary is rude and inconsiderate. I paid them in full but they fail to finish the job. And now when I call them they fail to acknowledge the job and they say I have to pay again because I should have followed up with the technician. I feel like when you are running a company customer service should be at the top of agenda. But not with this company, the lady blatantly told me to do whatever I want to do but they are not going to finish the job. And her tone was rude and condescending. I will never ever do business with them. I am currently looking into talking this company to small claims court because you don't treat your customers like this.
