Had one of there electricians come out to do an electrical COC on my town house as part of the sales process. Charged me R 950.00 to do the assessment , refused to issue the COC. Reason being my house had failed the inspection. Inquired as to what needed to be done to bring the house up to code , was given a quote of R 3200.00 to do fictitious repairs.The company seemed fishy from the get go ,so I decided to call another electrician , never mentioned anything about having Flash , Freeze , Flash out just 3 days before. Guess what??? house passed with flying colours...absolutely no electrical faults. Watch out for this company , there MO seems to charge R 950.00 for the assessment and then refuse to issue the certificate until you pay and exorbitant amount to fix what never needed to be fixed. STAY AWAY.....********!!!
