Dishonest company that tried to de***** me

This company attempted to de***** me into replacing my whole mainboard! Riaan from Flash Freeze Flush Enterprises was sent out by 247electrician.co.za which is the website I called for an electrical issue. The electrician Riaan fixed a blown earth leakage and some breakers, it worked for few days then the power cut and wouldnt come back on so I called out the same electrician again. Riaan came out again, inspected and said that the whole Mainboard needed to be replaced at a cost of R13k which made me highly suspicious as we had just changed the earth leakage and breakers. I called out an independant electrician who found that the wires into the mains had been cut and pushed back in so that it would not connect properly! The whole main board was fine and did not need to be changed so this was an attempt to de***** me which luckily I picked up. The management from this company (Mariana Beukes and Markus Grobler the owner/director) were informed but took no action and avoided my calls and emails to address. The company 247electrician.co.za also took no action. Please be careful and make sure you ask an online site who they are sending out and from which company so that you can avoid being ********** by ************ companies like this.
