Shocking, complete rip-off, charging for work that wasn't done correctly and overcharging for components on my aircon that did not need replacing. The worst company I have ever dealt with, they could not complete the job at the time we scheduled and furthermore made me message them several times to make sure they are going to complete the job. They charge twice what other companies do as well as are ***** and cheats, I had another technician attend to the job from a different company and he stated it would have only cost R2000 to repair and service my aircon whereas Flash freeze charged me R6300. They should seriously consider refunding my money. Please don't use this company.

11 Nov 2019, 14:58Please note that when the invoice was singed it clearly states that all pricing given had been accepted and that you as client understood and agreed apon pricing. If you were not satified with the pricing you could have not accepted and signed and discussed all inquiries before hand.
