My split-unit AC had been having problems. The fan was running but there wasn’t any cooling air coming out. No good in the summer!! I called Flash Freeze Flush (based on my super’s recommendation) – and they were able to fit me in immediately – and resolved on the spot! While they were there, I showed them another issue (my condensate pump being too loud -- ) and they sent a proposal a few hours later to replace the pump – and fixed the issue a couple of days later! Then I had another issue with the AC (completely unrelated to the prior two) – and they came/reviewed and resolved IMMEDIATELY! All I can say is WOW! They were the most courteous, reliable and efficient HVAC company I have ever worked with! I would highly recommend Flash Freeze Flush Enterprises to anyone in need of AC service!! 5-stars!!
