Stay away from Flash

Last time i visited this salon was over 2 years ago, and had a bad experience. contacted the new owner to give her a heads up, and was brushed aside and thrown a free treatment which i refused. 2 years later i tried yet again to support this business. I had whatsapped this time, pics of artwork i wanted for my nails, plus waxing and massage. Booking time changed numerous times. Artwork couldnt be done correctly so i had to opt for something more boring. Considering i only get my nails done about once a year it was dissapointing. Arrived to a friendly consultant. Ushered through to the back for waxing first... Having wax over my cheek bones was an absolute first and feeling of the pinching of the wax coming off i still though yes im sure this is going to leave marks.. I stayed quiet... 5 mins later, waxing finished and ushered through for nails... Was nice and friendly and relaxing and nails looked good . Then ushered to the back to have my toes done.. Toes looked good.. then told.. All done thanks for coming. So i had to ask in my very confused state, where is the massage and foot soak? 10am and im then told, no you will have to come back at 11am for that... I was so confused and flabbagasted i didnt argue and just said i cant come back i stay in Gonubie... If you knew how stressed i have been and had looked forward to that massage for so long, that was the most dissapointing part... Later in the day, i whatsapped them again to air my feelings of dissapointment, only to be told, nail tech rushed and finished an hour early, and lady doing my massage wasnt ready.. book in another time.... for someone that works 6 days a week , am at work 6am and leave 6pm every day , yes, i must book in again. hold off on the breakdown youre on the brink of having. The next day i woke up to a wonderful red face and breakout over the entire face from the waxing.... and was headed to jhb in 4 days time for a conference... stared at like a leper every time i went into shops. yes... lets do this again... would i ever go back again? Not on your life...
