Query

On the 30th October 2020, I bought two Flash Airtime for R500 and R350 respectively, at PEP A Division of PEPKOR Trading(PTY) LTD, PEP 4869 Bochum.

The receipt were *****ed (damaged) and couldn't see the numbers, I then went to the Store and the Store couldn't assist me, since they couldn't retrieve the receipt.

I contacted Flash and was told to bring the receipt number which I couldn't read.
