Payment not reflecting in 4 days

I made a payment using payshap from my standard bank to their Nedbank account on Sunday. I have tried contacting them and all they say is Nedbank is having a delay in payments and they don't have time frame on when it will be resolved. I was helped by a rude agent who just wanted me to get off
