Great service!

I recently was unfortunate enough to be involved in an accident last year before the festive season. My vehicle had to be towed and was taken to Pietermaritzburg. Being close to December and people, in general, are gearing up for holiday spirits my vehicle got towed to the panel beaters, which my insurance company recommended. It a week to come up with just a quote to repair my vehicle. This after numerous calls and follow-ups on my behalf, and then to be told my vehicle would only be ready, if I’m lucky by the end of January 2023. After a little research, I came across Flanagans auto body and repair, gave them a call and they were willing to do the job. My vehicle had some extensive damage to it, but they assured me they would get it done, and being Toyota approved, gave me the peace of mind and the fact that they have been in the business for many years….they gave me time a line, and true to there word they stuck to it… my vehicle came back better than before, and the whole experience was a pleasant one. Even after my vehicle was repaired I got a call from the owner Shaun Flanagan to check up, and if my vehicle was fine… All and All a 5 star experience!
