APPRECIATION - THANKS ALOT TEAM FLANAGAN

May I take the time to congratulate Flanagans Panel Beaters firstly on the fantastic work carried out on my Kia Cerato Koup. Yes indeed there may have been a slight concern on my part at first - but their "after sales service" regarding my concerns were addressed very professionally. Secondly, when addressing my concerns they (Mike), was kind enough to arrange a courtesy vehicle to assist me whilst my car was being returned to finalize the repairs and thirdly, for being so patient and understanding when I had an accident with their courtesy vehicle. The patience and concerns on their part for my well being when I reported the accident to firstly Mr Paddy Flanagan, and then Mike, was admirable and made me feel at ease - especially at a time when my stress levels were "through the roof" - Thank you Mr Paddy Flanagan, Mr Shaun Flanagan, Mike as well as "Gorgous"...the friendly receptionist - you guys are fantastic. Thanks also to Mr Shaun Flanagan for accommodating me with a payment plan of two instalments for the payment of the excess - which I am glad to say is now paid up thanks to your empathy and patience. My recent trip to your establishment yesterday (2019/11/11) was just as appreciative - when I had gone to sort out the paperwork. Thank you all and keep up the great work.
