Worst night's sleep EVER

We were very unhappy with our stay. We stayed in the honeymoon suite (which is supposed to be the luxury suite). There was no duvet on the bed. We did however find the duvet, without a cover in the closet. There was what I assume to be urine stains on it. The fireplace did not work (It was the coldest night so far this year). The underfloor heating did not work. We were freezing the entire night. I slept in a jacket and boots and could only manage about an hour's worth of sleep. We would have been more comfortable sleeping in the car. The next morning when we checked out, we did report the matter to Ann. She gave us discout of R200. So we still paid over R700 for the room. It was so cold in the room we could see our breath. Ann also told us that the lady who checked us in (Michelle) was not supposed to give us that room because the underfloor heating did not work as well as the fire place. However, my booking was confirmed by Ann, and there is only one honeymoon suite.
