Unfair Last minute Cancellation of booked and confirmed reservation

I am writing this review with extreme disappointment, frustration and anxiety with the unfair cancellation of my booking at the Flaming Private Apartments Stay at Perch, which was made through the platform Bookings.com Our booking reference number is *** We had made the booking well in advance in 2024 and received a confirmation email from the platform. However, to our surprise, we received a cancellation notice on 11 March 2025 stating that our booking has been cancelled. This is just 3 weeks before our scheduled check-in date of 31 March 2025. Accommodation was already fully paid. We have already made travel arrangements and taken time off work for our vacation, others travellers are pensioners who will be travelling out of Joburg for the first time. Flights were booked months in advance as well based on the securing of the accommodation and is non refundable. This cancellation is causing us significant inconvenience and distress. It is unacceptable that they cancelled our booking without any valid reason either something about the system malfunction 5-6months into the booking We would like to request that they take immediate action to reinstate our booking or provide us with a suitable alternative. We would also appreciate a formal apology for the distress and inconvenience caused.
