We ordered from flames appliances a camcorder everything looked legit but when day of delivery (delivery already included in the quote) arrived we received a call from federated logistics that we need to pay R3610 before they could deliver the parcel. this is where we found out that these 2 \companies\" is a *****. please avoid companies that only provide cell numbers for contacts and whose shops you cannot locate with google maps when they give a physical address for the shop. if anyone could provide the authorities with any information that would be a great help. as you know these people stole and needs to be brought to justice.
