Disgrace

This home is a disgrace. They have members that give up all their private time to dedicate themselves and spouse to help the home in all means. Then when he passes and my mom collapsed and couldn't stay their anymore as no1 even bothered to checking she was ok after his passing. They dont allow us to have ceremonies or grieving services yet when other residents that do or did nothing pass. It's a big story..... let alone the letter going around about an elderly lady locked in her room in frail care and found 5 days later in a critical condition that also passed away from this. Door was locked from outside so by the staff... what a disgrace.... this place should be closed down
