Poor customer service

This is not the 1st order Flame got wrong. Order no 000165 on 2017/10/13 ordered “crumbed chicken strips & chips with honey/mustard sauce”. Got home, no sauce. Don’t get me wrong, Flame have good food, but their service needs a lot of attention. Do I really need to unpack a whole family order on the counter to double check it if the waiter reads my order back correctly???
