Rude white lady works behind the counter. Tall looks like she is 85 years old, has no customer skills whatsoever, and just ignores people when they complain.

Her business never has stock, there is never cake, the other food is mediocre, and inferior, but very expensive. Its never served warm and the service is terrible, it takes over an hour to get a hamburger, let alone 30 minutes to get a coffee.

Not sure if this lady is the owner or who she is, but she needs urgent customer service training.
