Outright Theft!! 😡😡😡

I ordered a pair of shoes in October 2024. I received notification that my order has been dispatched. It never arrived. After waiting several weeks and sending emails, I canceled the order and requested a refund. I was told that the refund can't be processed because "management is overseas" Seriously??? That was in December. The contact person, Sumayah, no longer responds to my emails. They are *******!!!! 😡😡
