disgusting service

firstly I would like to say how highly disappointed I am with the service i received at this café when i went there for lunch. the staff took forever to take our order an looked lost the entire time we sat there. then the food took so long to get to us an when it did it was below average. while i was sitting there waiting there was a lady who complained about the food being stale an so had a word with the chef an i was already put off by everything by then. when it was time to settle the bill the staff had disappeared again an i had to wait. i left feeling like i had wasted my entire afternoon.
