FK Irons have the worst after sales support. If there was a "0" rating I would use that. Two and a half months after receiving a permanent makeup device with two dead, broken batteries, I still have no solution from them. You get a case number but no one ever knows what to do. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM FK IRONS.
