Driving *******ly and ignoring customer complaints

Today while driving down the R55 to turn right onto allandale road, an F&J Electrical vehicle decided that instead of waiting in line like everyone else, he would cut in front from the straight lane and after I hooted at him he proceed to shout \what the f*** is your problem\" at me, so I called the company head office to file a complaint, not once but three times because everytime I mentioned the words \"I'd like to file a complaint\" they immediately put the phone down"
