Fixx Doctors Washing Machine Sale Terrible Experience with Jakoyo Gordon

My wife bought washing machine from Ocheing Jakoyo Gordon from Facebook marketplace just before Lockdown, a Samsung model and the guy delivered and did routine test with my wife. Within 14 days, the machine broke down and we contacted the guy to come repair it in Parow. He initially said he couldn't come due to Lockdown but as soon as possible he would come. After a month we asked him to either replace it or refund it since he couldn't come, thats when the drama started. he ignored our messages and calls. Upto now he still hasnt responded. We also realized that his address in Stelleboch is ****. His last address was in delft. i would not recommend anyone dealing with this guy or his company called Fixx Doctors. he also uses domain name fixxdoctors.co.za. but website not live. Avoid this guy by all means.

With all due respect if we sale you a unit and by your negligence you brake it. Its not on our bill to fix and due to lockdown we had to obey government rules. So *******ing our image after purchasing what we delivered and tested them you damaged along the line. Then you blame us.

Please fami****ize yourself with the consumer act, it will help you to provide quality products and services to clients. Surely a machine cant last less than 14 days if sold in good condition as your claimed on your ad. In any case, if you were obeying rules why did you keep saying you were coming today, then tomorrow, then never show up. And why ignore messages and not answer calls?. You could have been honest and saying l can't come. And remember you told my wife that you has been fined over R2000 in tickets serving other clients. So don't try and act as a Saint. Just come fix your machine or replace or or refund us, that's all we want. l send you a polite message on your whatsapp as brothers, you read it and ignored it, on top of more than 10 messages from my wife. i will make all the copies and flash them on digital platform.
