Refund Saga

Placed an order via Whatsapp and made a payment via EFT, after three days the got me an incorrect part and agreed to refund me. They then requested a proof of payment, of which I had already sent already before they processed my order, I sent it again as requested and then told me I should collect my refund at their shop. When I told my purchase with them was done electronically and I would my expect they do the same with my refund as I am at work and fuel expenses. They refused .Whatsapp correspondence available on request.
