I DEMAND MY CAR RADIO BACK

My car is under warranty and my radio was sent through to FixTrade by Fury GM to get repaired UNDER WARRANTY . They then advised that it had water damage which no-one knew what could have caused that and warranty would not be liable for such. I politely requested to have it back as I DONT have money to pay for it. They are now refusing to send back my radio and want me to pay a handling fee of R395 as if anyone had known it was water damaged and warranty wouldn't be liable.<br> <br> I did not sign anywhere and agree to their unrealistic Tc's & C's. They did not repair the radio and they are refusing to give it back to the rightful owner simply because they want a handling fee of R395 which makes no sense to me (if nothing wasnt even repaired to start with). <br> <br> They honestly CANNOT expect me to pay R395 whereas I wasn't informed of such. At the end of the day the the CAR radio is rightfully mine and I demand it back!<br> <br> If it means I take this matter further than this then I am more than willing- my radio costs far more than a stupid handling fee of R395.
