Worst service - FIXR Home improvemnets

We contacted FIXR Home improvements to quote on renovations for our house. We set a meeting for him to come quote early in February 2020. After having a look & measuring up we were advised 2-3 days for the quote. we contacted him on the 12th February (a week later) to follow up on the quotes & were advised that we would get them that morning.

After following up for the quotes several times, we were told, to use another contractor if the work was so urgent, which is not only rude but down right poor service. however we advised that the work wasn't urgent, however we would like a quote.

Eventually after requesting feedback on WhatsApp our request was ignored, to date (a month later) we still don't have a quote.

How would one expect to get work if this is the level of service given when asking for pricing? Who would want to deal with a contractor who gives you such poor service from the get go.
