When your house is worse off

They came and did renovations and add-ons to our apartment. All the floors that they tiled are not flat and straight, they creek and have skew All the ceilings are cracking and the new addition leaks They have been back more than 5 times for all the above issues and each time they leave, it seems it worse. The walls are not straight and apparently, they do not have staff that they work with, they pick people at outside hardware stores for jobs.
