Fixpro not very pro

I paid a deposit for a gas installation after establishing the lead time is 2 days. A week later the installation has not been done and promises made on WhatsApp are not honored., like " Will call you shortly." Only noticed after paying deposit that the price on my quote is more than the price for the external installation on the website. No reply on my email question about the reason for this.
