Poor fixing and lies on lies to do their work properly

Joe has been saying the technicians will come fix my TV for over 7 days after paying a full fee of R1725. They fixed the TV on 15 Dec 25 and it only worked for 2 hours then switched off. I have called and messaged at least 59 times and he keeps me on the line
