They can't Fixitt

3 weeks later - i still have no fridge. After 4 site visits, incorrect parts fitted, fridge finally moved to warehouse and nothing happened for another week. Travelling technicians dont speak to the warehouse and visa versa. No loan fridge as promised. Absolutely nothing has happened. Don't use these people, unless you have mountains of time on your hands.
