STAY AWAY FROM THEM

Shocking service from them. The process of fixing our dishwasher has been going on from 13 July and it is now 26 August. There is one excuse after the next, with promises to get back to you. Promises from we will get back to you, be patient, will sources you a replacement one if the meantime etc All of which are lies. I don't know how they stay in business. Not once have they contacted me during this whole process. 5 e-mails following up from my side and not one from them. I want my dishwasher back now as I know they will use it for spare parts. Unfortunately I have already paid R1000 for them doing absolutely nothing so would have liked better service.
