Shocking Repairs Service

After paying for the technician call-out and three weeks' waiting, I finally called Fixitt to ascertain when they would come to do the repairs (knowing that they were waiting for the spare parts to arrive), only to be informed by the lady on the phone that they couldn't understand the technician's details written down and so nothing had been done. No one had called me and I was still waiting three weeks later for nothing to happen. What's more, the lady on the phone then asked me if I wanted to call the technician to find out what was going on. Hilarious. Needless to say I did not purse anything further with Fixitt and moved onto a competitor.
