Most Unprofessional Company Ever ''

Most unprofessional company EVER!!! This is, by far, the most unprofessional company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with!!! I paid R100 to have my Tumble Dryer serviced - In April - Guess what? They returned it and was worse than when I sent it to them. Then they delivered a loan unit that did not work. They collected that as well, brought back the loan and still did not work, they then delivered my own, that was not working - Now its end of July and I still do not have a loan unit or my own one returned to me. The mechanic said he would take parts out of one and fix ours - I told them did not want used parts - they then said the pc board had gone - it was working fine when they took it was just doing a service....now the Pc board has gone. I have requested that they bring it back and refund my money - No one returns your call, they all balme someone else and then I get told not to waste their time... The company has not even had the common decency to call me. Complaining about the problem did absolutely nothing to resolve it!!! They have now told me they do refunds only on a Friday that was last week till now onone has asked me for banking details or nothing. Winter is almost over I have sat over 4 month without my drywe and still not closer to resolving it. Tell me what must I do to get it back , working order or a refund and my own unit back not full of spare parts... Would not recommend them to anyone.......Sad thing is we have used them in the past and got great service....
