Fix your lying seeing as you can't fix appliances

I cannot even begin to describe just how pathetic this business is. Emailed them (thought i was doing them a favour by giving them repeat business) to ask if they repaired dishwashers to which they rep**** that they do. Asked to send someone out the next day if possible, only for the technician to call me 2 days later. I told them to come the day after as i specifically requested it for the day before, knowing i would not be home.

When they eventually came around, they said it was the drainage pump that needed replacing but would have to take the unit in to their workshop as they needed to open it up completely.

A week later, no response from anyone. After saying it would take them 1 hour to fix and then they would return it the day after. After eventually getting hold the workshop manager, who blatantly ignores calls, and who forces you to badger him to get a response, he mumbled something about the loom also being broken. He then proceeded to contact the supplier for the replacement loom (no communication or authorisation from me to go ahead) who came back to say the model had been discontinued. I.e. we need a new dishwasher.

I told them I didn't care if it wasn't repairable and said that they were to return it.

After another couple of badgering phone calls and almost another week later they finally return the unit, damaged.

I'm absolutely fuming but somehow blame myself for not reading the Google reviews for these ripoffs. They did a great job for my mom so thought it would be the same case for us. oh how i was sadly mistaken.

I'm not sure how businesses like these are still in operation. Repeat Business, Referrals, New Customers. Ridiculous! They should be shut down. they're a bunch of ********.
