Excellent service on my Samsung fridge/freezer repair
A breath of fresh air! How amazing to find a company that arrives when they say they will, actually know what they are doing, don't cost an arm and a leg and don't try to pull the wool over your eyes. Last night at 6PM I emailed Fixitt to ask for a quote on having my Samsung fridge repaired, and now 24 hours later the job is already completed. Richard and Alphonso are wonderful, friendly, knowledgable guys who went out of their way to explain everything that they were doing and were extremely thorough in checking everything through on my fridge/freezer and got it working again. Thank you so much!

20 Mar 2019, 11:03Sadly am revoking my original 5 stars from previous work done about 7 months ago. Over 2 weeks have passed since they collected my fridge to their workshop & I still have no quote or fridge back, after daily promises of quotes to be emailed to me since the last 5 days, I have given up and asked that my fridge be returned to me.
If I could delete that original 5 stars, I would.
