bad service and attitude

1st technician (31/10/2017) fixed the wrong part, never checked to make sure it was working, but still invoiced for R1100...so I was asked to pay for someone NOT fixing my machine? 2nd technician arrives (4/11/2017) & confirms that first technician "was an idiot" for fixing the wrong part when according to him it was clearly the motor that had burnt out (we could smell it)

After receiving an quote of R2600 to replace the motor, I decided to rather purchase a new dishwasher & request a refunded for the first attempted repair job (the one that was done wrong yet still invoiced for)

I was asked for my banking details in December so that Fixit could pay me back.

By January had still not received the agreed refund. On following up I then found myself dealing with a new Fixit staff member, Aamena who then reneged on the agreed refund for a repair that NEVER happened and asked that the company be allowed to inspect the machine a THIRD time as she found the situation 'odd'. (I find invoicing for a non-repair odd but this may just be semantics)

I also find the situation "odd" that by her suggestion, Fixit requires THREE VISITS to NOT fix a dishwasher when all I want is a refund for work paid for but not carried out. Does Aamena not trust the quality/ability of her technicians?

I'm now left in the position of NO REFUND and NO SATISFACTORY RESPONSE from Aamena or Fixitt.
