Bad service

On the 15/11/2018 fixitt come out to repair my Samsung fridge. We informed them what the problem was. They replaced other stuff, then told us to wait for the new things to get cold then it would work. The next day we woke up to a burning smell only to find out that the fan they replaced had burnt out. We call them back they came I again told them what the problem was again they did not check it. That then had to come back again the next day as the fridge was still not working properly. Then they checked what I told them to check and saw it was faulty. I paid them for the work they did but my fridge is still not working. I've been phoning them since then only to speak to different management, all that promise to get back to me. My job numbers are as following 24731, 24736 and 24624. I have never had such bad service before.
