Very bad client service

The owner at this company never phones back. I have sent in my TV for repairs on 20 December 2018. The person told us that he often sells TV's after 3 months when the owners do not come back to him to pay for repairs and I immediately knew something was up. He gave us a reference number. We did expect some delays bacause of the festive season but he never phoned back. We phoned him on 30 December 2018 and he promised us to come to us by the 3rd but never did. Since the 6th of January 2019 I have been phoning this person every day. Every day he promises to come to me but never did. On 21 January 2019 I phoned him and he told me I must please give him my number and once again "...come back to me..." so I asked him that I will stay on the line and that he must tell me what is wrong with my TV set and give me a quote to fix it. Then he got upset and started shouting at me. Not a way to treat a client. I will fetch my TV set (broken or fixed) today. Please look out... I think this person fixes tv sets, keeps it for a while and sells it for an income for himsels.
