Bad Car service repair

There is a extremely poor=service mechanical workshop in Bloemfontein. BAD Experience. Let me start off by saying that I drive a 1994 Model Mazda Sting Hatchback - 1.6L engine. Demise started when the car started overheating and I was told that the radiator had holes and air coming in and going out was the problem. My head gasket then blew and I called my insurance company to come tow me. The destination was this silly excuse of a workshop. I waited for 6 days for my car and a whooping R8 407 was charged. For a 1994 car?! It is ridiculous. After my car was fixed,I found empty chemical bottles and some of the tools they used (spanners, *****drivers) under my CLOSED bonnet!!! Imagine that! I had left gasket silicone in my car and they used it on my car - without permission! I drove away and my car's overheating issue still wasn't fixed. My engine had pecu**** sounds now! I took it back there and nothing was done. They referred me to other places to go flush ,y radiator. They didn't even test my car after "fixing" it. A friend's car went there before mine, and his is still in the lot getting "fixed" and mine got back before his. Poor service indeed. I shall call my insurance company to actually blacklist this company from ever trying to help anyone again. I am saddened, and very disappointed. Please close this business down. I did not get my money's worth. I am very hurt.
