APPALLING SERVICE

Just don't use them. Service delivery is appalling, No feedback, Constant follow up. One month to get a technician to quote for wheels on a sliding door!!. Get a date that the technician will be on site to quote - 3 weeks later ,,, still no quote, If you cannot do it - say so!
