Worst experience ever

Good day. I have a problem with Fixit Electronic Repairs, 16 Koringspruit Street, Fleurdal, Bloemfontein. Contacts: *** On the 7th September 2023 I paid R3 500 for my fridge repair, but the fridge was not repaired and I asked them to bring it back as the owner was now aggressive toward me, he even referred to me as (n ding) which means a thing, and he now refuses to pay my R3 500 after promising to fix the fridge but brought it back without fixing it. He has been making promises to pay the money but does not deliver.
