Worst customer service, Fixit Electronics Bloemfontein

This is the worst customer service i have ever experienced in my life, i contacted the business and the owner of the business numerous times for work that i need done on some electronic equipment, and after many promises they still don't get back to me. I do not understand how I as a client have to keep on asking them to do business, do you make so much money that you do not need anymore business or clients? I will never try to or use Fixit Electronics in Bloemfontein again and i would not recommend them to anybody.
