Skelem, very very bad, very poor service

I took a cooker hood for the fans to be replaced. The owner Marius wanted a payment before working on it, which I did. He never got back to me, I tried calling him manier times which he ignored my calls & at the end blocked me. I called him with another number, he answered, I told him I'm fetching it he says ok he's done with it. I collected it, only to find nothing was done on it, fans are still those burned ones, I called him with another number he answered & I told him nothing was done on the hood, he insisted that he changed them with new ones, which I told him he did not. Then he said I should take it back to him. I no longer trust him.
