Screen protector

Went to the shop Fixed at the secunda mall. Got a screen protector and cell phone cover for my new phone. Was told the screen protector comes with a 3 month warranty should anything happen. Somewhere my screen protector falls off (I assume when I dropped my phone) and my whole screen cracked. Fixed refused to do anything because I didn't have the screen protector anymore as I was not able to find it. When I spoke to the manager he hardly bothered looking at me, just carried on working behind his desk. I'm extremely disappointed at the service and will not be going back to buy anything else.
