Dissatisfied customer

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the customer service I received from FIX 24. All they had to do was replace the geyser caused more problems than they solved, such as water leakage and ceiling damage. Their time management is something else 20minutes is like 2 hours. they don't even know which clients they are dealing with. Customer service and workmanship STINK!!!! 24FIX you should actually shut down your business. @Discovery Insure Remove them from your panel they give Discovery Insure a bad name.
