Poor craftsmanship

Fix-it did re-upholstering of my lounge suite. Started end of August 2015 they only delivered the two seater the 14th January 2016. Every time they delivered there was something wrong. There's 5 recliners, some would not open and if you do get them open, it's impossible to close again. They used old sponge for the suite, the material at the back was to short. i send it back to be repaired, came back and was too long. Their excuse is that they did not tough the mechanism part of the suite. So how in heavens name did they manage to do the work. They had the suite for 5 months. Their work is so untidy it looks like the lounge suite is about 20 years old. I've got pictures and the suite to proof their carelessness. The owner, Frieda phoned me yesterday, 20th January stating that this happens sometimes and I must just remember the lounge suite was not brand new out of the shop when they received it. Obviously!!! Then she put the phone down in my ear. Now that's not very professional.
