Took car in for repairs, got it back with another problem!

<p>My car was booked in for a standard maintenance repair, when we got the car back it kept dying/ cutting off whilst driving which it DEFINETELY DID NOT do before we took it in, and it had nothing to do with the part it went in for.We took the car back and told them about this new issue only for them to claim that they could"hear" the car had this problem when we brought it in....what a joke, firstly, the car is in exceptional condition ( 1 owner, never missed a service etc etc) and secondly how would we have gotten there in the first place if the car kept cutting off and surely we would have mentioned that.This resulted in us having to unnecessarily buy another part ( which they claimed has now failed) just to discover that they never properly connected everything after replacing the part the car originally went in for!!!It never needed the second part.Very shocking and disappointing!</p>
