they did mot service my car at all

On the 27th of april i booked my car for a major service, they called me after two hours to say imust come and fetch it and i noticed that there is a noise that comes from the bonnet and i immediately informed them they said the belt was a little bit dry, i went home and the fan belt broke i phone them and they gave me a bad attitude the following day i noticed that the oil fillter was not changed and the oil was not changed i wasted my money and they did not care
