Inconvenience

After getting a quote to repair my broken clutch the company came back to me stipulating everything that was broken and will have to be replaced and re quoted me on the job which was more than double than the original quote (Overcharging in my opinion). after the car was fixed they phoned me saying that I have to come pick up the car before 3pm because she wants to go home early and that I have to pay cash since their card machine was broken, costing me to take off from work and standing and waiting at the bank to withdraw a big sum of money (extra bank costs). during this time the receptionist was rude and demanding. the work done on my car was not up to the standard I expected.
